DESCRIPTION:A marijuana dispensary called Good Day Farms proposes to demolish the vacant \ncarwash on the south side of W. 39th Street and utilize the former Royal Auto building as \na dispensary with a drive-through window. Adjacent neighbors should be receiving a \nletter notifying them. The new owners are asking for rezoning of the properties (629-631 \nW. 39th) and were required to hold a public meeting with neighborhood residents.
