The workers are completing the pipe work under streets and sidewalks in Phase B and will soon be moving on, probably in about three weeks. After they have completely finished with the current round of work, the sidewalk crews will come in to repair the sidewalks. The next phase of the project, Phase C, will begin soon. Phase C begins at 37th Street and goes south just beyond 38th.
