Our friends in the Volker neighborhood have invited us to a special meeting to have input into the proposal to put a new streetcar line on 39th Street between Main Street and State Line. This new line would be part of the East-West Corridor plan, which is moving ahead.

The streetcar planners have also extended the deadline for participating in a survey about the route. Here’s the invitation with all the details:

The KCATA will be presenting its proposal for potential streetcar stop locations along the East-West corridor along 39th Street and Linwood Boulevard, between Rainbow Boulevard and Van Brunt Boulevard.
