Developer Holds Meeting on Midtown Plaza Apartments

Plans are once again moving ahead for an 202-unit apartment complex called Midtown Plaza at 3401 Pennsylvania. Before the plan goes to the city, adjacent property owners and others in the neighborhood are invited to a public meeting. See the notice below if you want to attend. Note that the Valentine neighborhood has held meetings on this project and has sent recommendations to the developer in the past.
